About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to work on CI/CD standardization, Cortex IDP integration, AWS/Kubernetes, GitOps and DevSecOps automation across a large engineering environment.

Must Have

- Solid hands-on AWS experience
- Strong CI/CD experience
- Hands-on GitLab CI/CD
- Amazon EKS & ECS
- Terraform
- Python and/or Golang
- GitOps with FluxCD / ArgoCD
- Experience with Cortex or an equivalent Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
- Experience with PagerDuty
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Helm and containerized environments

Good to Have

- LaunchDarkly / feature flag management
- Terragrunt
- AWS ECR, IAM, VPC
- Datadog / monitoring platforms
- Vulnerability scanning and DevSecOps
- CI/CD security and compliance controls
- Experience standardizing reusable CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams
- Experience with large-scale platform/tool integrations

Cursor or other AI-assisted engineering tools
- Backstage or other IDP platforms

Key Responsibilities

- Standardize and scale GitLab CI/CD pipelines across engineering teams.
- Support Cortex IDP rollout and integration across teams and microservices.
- Build DevSecOps guardrails, security checks and vulnerability scanning into pipelines.
- Develop automation using Python/Golang to reduce operational effort.
- Support AWS/EKS platform engineering and GitOps adoption.
- Integrate engineering tools such as PagerDuty, AWS and monitoring platforms.
- Partner with engineering teams on CI/CD migration, platform onboarding and adoption.
- Support LaunchDarkly integration and feature-management practices.
