* 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance processes working with either a leading Business Process focused organization or captive centers in Finance Operations
* Minimum span of control of 500 resources
* Experience in driving Ops Innovation/ Transformation initiatives
* Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP and related ancillary systems and functionality
* Solid communication skills and executive presence
* Experience working with multiple key global stakeholders
* Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization
Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
* Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage
Education:
* Bachelors/ Masters in Finance and Accounting from accredited university
