Role Overview

We are seeking a Workday Techno Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday HCM and technical integrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, and business process configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.
- Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform.

Required Skills





- 48 years of experience in Workday Techno Functional.
- Strong experience in Workday HCM and at least one functional module (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).
- Experience in Report Writing, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Configuration.
- Good understanding of Workday Security and Data Migration.
- Experience in Workday implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Workday certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with Workday Payroll or advanced integrations.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
