JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring Sales Officer Trainees for a reputed global water technology and water heating brand. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in field sales, dealer management, and business development.

COMPENSATION

• CTC: 6,00,000 LPA

• No Variable Pay

• Mobile Reimbursement as per company policy

• Travel Allowance as per company policy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle field sales activities in the assigned region

• Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors

• Build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships

• Conduct regular market visits and identify sales opportunities

• Support channel partners in achieving sales targets

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Ensure product visibility and market coverage

• Generate new business and contribute to sales growth

ELIGIBILITY

• Any Graduation BBA / B.Com / BCA (2025 , 2026)

• Minimum 65% throughout academics

• Male candidates only

• Experience: 0–1 Year

• Two-wheeler riding skills mandatory

• Valid Driving License mandatory
