- 10-15 years of overall experience in content management, digital experience or content operations.
- At least 5 years of deep experience in the nominated platform or product family.
- Experience in enterprise implementation, migration or modernisation as an SME, Technical Architect or Technical Lead.
- Solid understanding of content architecture, APIs, integrations, governance, performance and security.
- Experience supporting client workshops, proposals, estimates, demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Working knowledge of one adjacent or competing content platform.
