Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and administer the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Security Operations and Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Implement and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions.
- Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, including scanning, triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification.
- Work with CMDB and asset data, including CI matching, ownership, and criticality.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to improve vulnerability management processes.

Skills Required:





- ServiceNow Security Operations / Vulnerability Response implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
- ServiceNow administration, development, or platform experience.
- Positive understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle.
- Experience with CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), asset data, ownership, and criticality.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
