Team Handling experience is not mandatory. But must have 4-5 yrs experience in bancassurance channel and good career record in insurance industry. Current CTC should be above 5 lacs.
Team handling experience in bancassurance/Direct/alternate are also acceptable.
Should have valuable track record and stability
