- Deliver onboarding, process, and platform training.
- Conduct assessments and certification programs.
- Monitor trainee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Maintain training content, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive learning interventions and cross-skilling initiatives.
Candidates with prior experience in Digital Marketing Operations, Advertising Operations, Campaign Operations, Training, L&D;, or Knowledge Management are preferred.
