Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge / Store Manager to manage the complete operations of a dark store. The candidate will be responsible for store performance, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, last-mile operations, rider management, team handling, and achieving operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end dark store and store operations.
- Oversee inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and outbound operations.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within defined SLA/TAT.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, ageing, damages, and discrepancies.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure proper inventory movement within the store.
- Manage rider/delivery partner operations, including onboarding, attendance, allocation, availability, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with riders to ensure smooth and timely last-mile deliveries.
- Manage store staff, pickers, packers, and other operational teams.
- Plan manpower according to daily order volume and business requirements.
- Track operational KPIs including order volume, productivity, dispatch TAT, rider availability, delivery performance, cancellations, and SLA.
- Handle operational escalations related to inventory, riders, orders, customers, and manpower.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.




- Prepare daily MIS and performance reports and share them with the management team.
- Coordinate with Control Tower, HR, Fleet, Inventory, Finance, and central operations teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Take ownership of overall store performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 36 years in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, dark store, warehouse, or last-mile operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in dark store and last-mile operations.
- Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Experience in rider/delivery partner management and onboarding.
- Experience in team handling and manpower planning.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, SLA, and TAT.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
