Currently in Chennai - 3 to 7 years experience in embedded application software development. Inform candidate: no firmware, no low level driver development, no RTOS. B.Tech with Circuit branches only - EEE ECE EIE Mechatronics. Should have C++ experience with Windows. Min 1 yr in C++ on 1 or 2 projects. Mix of C and C++ experience should be ok; Windows + Linux exp is added advantage. Should have worked in full SDLC from requirements to release. Elevator software development experience is an added advantage with C and/or C++. Should have very positive communication skills because the candidate will be working with global stakeholders for the requirements, clarifications, etc. Fully work from office. Please don't promise WFH, as we are moving towards 100 in office in near future. Due to demand of project, only for specific cases we agree WFH, though not until they complete at least 6 months.
