Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Concur Accounting professional to support travel and expense management, employee expense processing, invoice/accounting activities, reconciliations and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and/or Concur Invoice along with positive accounting and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, validate and process employee expense reports in SAP Concur.
- Verify receipts, expense categories, business purpose, tax details and policy compliance.
- Perform GL coding and allocation to cost centers, profit centers and relevant accounting dimensions.
- Process and validate invoices through Concur Invoice where applicable.
- Support employee reimbursements, vendor-related transactions and payment coordination.
- Perform expense, invoice and accounting reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Identify duplicate,



incorrect or non-compliant expenses and coordinate corrections.
- Support month-end close, reporting, audit requests and finance controls.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company accounting policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with employees, approvers, Accounts Payable, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Support SAP Concur integration/interface activities with ERP systems such as SAP where required.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 01 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Accounting, Finance Operations or SAP Concur.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP Concur Expense and/or Concur Invoice is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic accounting, AP, GL, reconciliations and expense processing.
- Strong MS Excel skills including filters, lookups, pivot tables and basic data analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet process SLAs.
