Role & responsibilities

You will own the day-to-day business operations of your centre, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional learner experience. The role requires strong commercial judgement, people leadership, and the ability to balance business performance with service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

I - Business Management:

- Own Centre Performance: Own the centre's P&L;, business performance, and day-to-day operations.
- Business Reviews: Monitor key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Operational Standards: Ensure consistent execution of organisational SOPs and quality standards.

II - Commercial Performance:

- Admissions & Renewals: Drive admissions, learner retention, and renewal performance by working closely with the Academic Counsellor.
- Capacity Utilisation: Optimise batch planning, slot utilisation, and teacher capacity to maximise active learner count.
- Local Growth: Drive local partnerships, referrals, and community initiatives that support business growth.

III - People Management:

- Teacher Operations: Ensure high standards of teacher attendance, discipline, professionalism, and classroom performance.
- Performance & Development: Coach teachers, monitor learner outcomes, and foster a collaborative,



accountable work environment.

IV - Learner Experience:

- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with learners and parents while ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Escalation Management: Resolve concerns promptly with empathy, sound judgement, and professionalism.

V - Centre Operations:

- Operational Readiness: Ensure the centre remains secure, organised, and fully operational at all times.
- Administrative Management: Oversee facilities, utilities, consumables, vendors, and other administrative requirements.

VI - Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Academics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Product teams to execute organisational initiatives and continuously improve centre performance.
