Job Requirements

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Job Related Experience: Should have at least 3 - 6 years experience in industrial automation, programming

Technical Skill Required -

-Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Analog modules, different communication protocols. Prefer to have Schneider PLC & HMI experience. -Experience in Schneider PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming SFC, Ladder, Structure text.

-Experience in handling Industrial elements: Laser marking, Robotics, Vision inspection, Scanning, Product testing, Torquing, Sensors, Assembly Poka-yoke, Servo drives, welding controller, Load cell LVDT, Power source, printers.

-Experience in Communication Protocols Serial, Modbus, Profibus, TCPIP, FTP, Ethernet IP.

-Troubleshooting Experience in Applications, Electrical circuit, Mechanical, Pneumatic. -Experience in handling PC based Test equipment and test machines.



- Programming Knowledge on NI test stand , Labview is an advantage -Knowledge in validation of Machine Risk Assessment, Safety circuit and poke yoke. -Knowledge in Cycle time study and line balancing. -Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic circuit understanding. -Able to understand , interpret Electrical drawings , Suggest improvement in Machine design

Candidate should have valuable Communication Skill.

Work Experience
