Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 6+ years in sales, business development, and technical coordination for custom-made hydraulic systems, the industrial hydraulic units, and branded hydraulic products for the replacement and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales of custom-made hydraulic systems, hydraulic units and branded hydraulic products.
- Handle sales of hydraulic units and accessories for replacement and industrial applications.
- Identify and develop current customers across automobile, steel, marine, plastics, cement, defence and other industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct customer visits, understand technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, negotiations and orders.
- Generate leads through market development, customer references, enquiries and regular industrial visits.
- Manage existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and aftermarket sales.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams for timely execution of orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements and pricing.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.
- Support customers with product selection, technical discussions and after-sales requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of experience in industrial sales/marketing.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc. with Physics.
- Experience in hydraulic systems, hydraulic components, industrial machinery or engineering products will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are required; Konkani/Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Tally, email and general computer applications.
- Should be capable of independently handling customer communication, commercial correspondence, quotations and follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel out of station, if required for customer visits and business development activities.
- Should be self-driven, customer-focused and capable of handling sales responsibilities independently.
- Candidate must have a valid 2 wheeler Driving license & there own 2 Wheeler.
