Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-drivenManager Special Projectsto drive process excellence, MIS automation, KPI governance, dashboard development, and strategic initiatives across functions. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, standardizing processes, generating business insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage MIS reports, business reviews, and management dashboards.
- Design, track, and monitor KPIs across departments.
- Drive process standardization, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional special projects focused on productivity, automation,



and cost optimization.
- Create dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive project execution and closure.

Desired Profile:

- 5-10 years of experience in MIS, Business Excellence, PMO, Analytics, or Special Projects.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in KPI framework design, process mapping, and dashboard development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
