- Handle inbound/outbound s with US/UK customers
- Resolve queries, provide solutions.
- Maintain 100% quality,
- Work on CRM tools and update customer data accurately.
*What You Need*
- *Experience:* Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- *Education:* 12th Graduate Any stream
- *Languages:* Excellent English communication. Neutral accent preferred
- *Skills:* Confident speaker, good listening, target-oriented, adaptable for shifts
- Shifts: US Shifts + UK Shifts available
- *Week Off: Choose 5 days OR 6 days working as per process
