Head - Talent Acquisition for a leading Financial Services Organisation

Role & responsibilities

* Accountability for the non-mass and mass recruitment as well as

individual recruitment processes in terms of efficiency, quality, speed

and internal customer satisfaction

* Responsible for development of recruitment budget, managing cost.

* Ensure compliance on all important matrixes of TAT and quality of

hire.

* Work with business leaders to formulate and execute recruitment

strategy for the year.

* Participate in development of goals and operational plan within area

of responsibility.

* Partnering with business leaders to manage headcount and capacity

planning within multiple businesses for assigned region

* Drives succession discussions with managers and business leaders

throughout the year and recommend potential moves /promotions

* Facilitate implementation of HR COE programs as well as HR projects

and processes in the regions.





Preferred candidate profile

* Minimum 15 years of skilled HR experience of working in a

progressive organization preferably in financial services, BPO company

* Managing a large scope HR network regional organization.

* Demonstrated ability to lead self and large regional teams. Must be

self-motivated and must have demonstrated significant initiatives in

growing organizations and employee retention.

* Must have led diverse and creative recruitment efforts including

diversified approaches and strategies.

* Experienced in implementing learning and development program across

company.

* Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture,

strategy, process, etc. experience in managing large scope change

projects and initiatives.
