Job Details:
Position: MIS Executive L2
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Graduation: Any Graduate
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Based on your experience and interview)
Notice Period: Looking for Immediate Joiner - 30 days
Language: Excellent English
Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Shift: Rotational Shift (UK Shift) occasionally night shift
Transportation - Drop cab facilities for night shift will be provide from the company
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
- Create and automate reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Develop Power BI dashboards with KPIs, visuals, and data models.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and insights.
- Perform data cleaning, data validation, and data reconciliation across multiple sources.
- Coordinate with operations/management teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all reports.
Support automation and process improvement for reporting workflows.
- Maintain documentation for reports, processes, and data sources.
Requirement
- Excellent Communication skill
- Must have experience and knowledge in Power BI, MIS Reporting, Power Query and Advanced Excel
- Ability to work without close supervision and be self-sufficient at work
- Basic understanding of document/records handling
