Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior International Voice Process Executive with experience in handling international customers through voice support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage customer interactions professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound s with international customers in a professional manner. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within defined service levels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related queries. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience. Manage escalations and complex customer issues effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.



Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Assist in training and mentoring recent team members when required. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience working with CRM tools and customer support systems. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline or Undergrad also is fine.2 to 5 years of experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, Collections, or Sales Process. Experience in handling customers from the US, UK, Australia, or other international markets.
