- Experience: Min 1 year experience into collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment collection and follow-ups.
- Communicate payment details and outstanding dues clearly to customers.
- Negotiate with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Handle customer queries and collection-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
- Adhere to company policies and collection process guidelines.
