Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns via voice s. Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Update customer records and interaction details accurately in the system. Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets. Utilize AI-enabled tools and support systems to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Robust listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in US shifts. Customer service experience in an international voice process will be an added advantage.
