Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through Naukri,



LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for major Banks, NBFCs and Financial Services companies.

Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews and joining.

Understand client requirements and share relevant profiles.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

This is NOT an IT Recruitment role.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have worked on mandates across areas such as Banking, NBFC, Lending, Wealth Management, FinTech/BFSI operations and related financial services functions.
