Key Responsibilities & Skill Set:
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)
- Experience in US & European Recruitment
- Strong expertise in international sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Workday) and recruitment systems
- Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and social hiring platforms
