- Handle recruitment for Riders/Delivery Executives and Team Leaders across Kerala.
- Source candidates through calls, references, job portals, social media, and local hiring activities.
- Coordinate with candidates and complete the recruitment process.
- Arrange interviews and ensure candidates join on time.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding hiring requirements.
- Be willing to travel across Kerala whenever and wherever hiring is required.
- Conduct local hiring drives and support bulk recruitment when required.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
