Chief Host Assisted Living (Live-in)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Live-in / Residential

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing (Preferred), GNM, or BAMS

Salary: 25,00035,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall clinical and resident-care operations of the assisted living facility.

* Oversee residents’ health, medication, nursing procedures and emergency response.

* Lead nurses, caregivers and support staff and manage daily rosters.

* Coordinate with doctors, residents and their families.

* Ensure clinical, operational, hygiene, safety and quality SOPs are followed.

* Handle resident concerns and maintain a warm,



safe and dignified setting.

* Monitor documentation, quality standards and day-to-day facility operations.
