Handle and respond promptly to enquiries from Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Corporate/B2B clients, B2C guests, OTAs and other online/offline channels.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising revenue and occupancy.
Required Candidate profile
1-3 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations, reactive sales or a similar hospitality role.
Positive understanding of OTA, B2B, B2C, Travel Agent and Tour Operator business.
