Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with insurance policy details, renewals, premium payments, and policy-related services.
- Provide accurate information regarding policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, renewals, and service requests.
- Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with insurance and banking experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
