Job Title: Area Sales Manager(ASM)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for a result-oriented sales skilled to drive business growth for our Insulation Products portfolio in the Indore territory.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Generate and manage sales in the assigned territory.

* Achieve retail and project sales targets.

* Develop and expand the enquiry pipeline through dealers, contractors, HVAC consultants, architects, and PEB fabricators.

* Work closely with HVAC Consultants, Contractors, Retailers, Convertors, Channel Partners, and End Users (Pharma, Hospitals, Hotels).

* Ensure execution of major won projects.

* Manage distributors with focus on secondary sales, stock management, and pricing discipline.





* Ensure timely payment collections from distributors and dealers.

* Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong techno-commercial knowledge.

* Proactive and target-driven approach.

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Strong networking and relationship-building ability.

* Basic proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.

Qualification

* B.Tech / B.E. (Preferred)

* MBA (Optional)

* Experience in HVAC, Insulation, Construction Materials, or related building material industry preferred.
