- Manage and implement effective HR strategies across multiple states.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state-level leaders and local HR teams.

- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Analyze and resolve complex HR issues, providing solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

- Identify and develop plans for talent acquisition and development programs.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in managing multiple states and stakeholders within an HR role.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

- Experience working with leading BFSI companies is preferred.
