Role Description The Zoho AI and Automation Developer will design, build, and optimize automation solutions within the Zoho ecosystem to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing workflows and scripts, integrating Zoho applications, and implementing AI-driven features to support finance, insurance, construction, marketing, and operations teams. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to gather needs, troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and continuously improve system performance.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, requiring close coordination with local and remote teams to deliver robust and scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation for designing and optimizing business workflows.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming for building, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications and scripts.
- Experience in Quality Assurance to test, validate, and maintain reliable automation and AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics) and related APIs.
- Understanding of AI/ML features within business applications and ability to apply them to real-world use cases.
- Ability to analyze complex processes, document requirements, and propose practical automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in business process automation or enterprise application development is an advantage.
