Role Details

- Position: Zonal Head – Chennai
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Salary: ₹1.5 lakh (negotiable)
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

? Financial & P&L; Ownership: Drive revenue, profitability, collections, and cost optimisation.

? Sales & Business Growth: Achieve business targets, drive client conversions, repeat business, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

? Operations Excellence: Ensure smooth clinic operations, SOP adherence, and consistent service delivery.

? Business Development: Build corporate relationships, local partnerships, and current revenue opportunities across Chennai.

? People Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate teams while ensuring effective manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement.





? Client Experience: Maintain premium service standards, clinic hygiene, hospitality, and client satisfaction.

? Compliance & Governance: Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, safety, and operational discipline.

? Performance & Accountability: Monitor business KPIs, review clinic performance, and drive measurable results.
