Associate Product Manager (APM) :

Role Overview :

We are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Associate Product Manager to work closely with Business, Operations, Analytics, Design, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience teams to build better customer journeys and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and improve conversion funnels.
- Track product metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
- Support the complete product lifecycle - ideation, requirements, launch, testing, and optimization.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Analytics, QA, Business, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
- Translate business requirements and customer problems into intuitive product experiences.
- Define user journeys, workflows, product requirements, and feature documentation.
- Support CRM and AI vendor onboarding, coordination, and ongoing management.
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous product improvements.
- Contribute to experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven product decisions.

Required Skills &

Experience :





- 2 years of experience in Product Management / Associate Product Manager roles.
- Experience in B2C, D2C, Consumer Internet, E-commerce, Marketplace, or similar consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong understanding of product fundamentals and systems thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with product and business data.
- Experience working with product metrics, funnels, dashboards, and customer journeys.
- Valuable understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Engineering/CS background or MBA in Marketing/Product Management is preferred.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps/products will be highly preferred.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, AI-enabled products, or vendor onboarding/management will be an added advantage.
