- Experience in Workday Integration Testing and Workday test data creation for integration testing with other products such as:
- SailPoint
- ADP GlobalView
- Other integrated systems
- Experience in
- Workday Business Process Testing
- Workday Extend Apps Testing
- Experience in
- Requirements analysis
- Test plan creation based on requirements
- Test plan execution
- Defect documentation
- Requirement traceability
- Execution reporting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Jira
- ALM / Quality Center
- Positive to have experience with Kainos as a Workday automated testing tool.
Required Competencies:
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach towards problem-solving and teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize and execute testing tasks across multiple Workday modules and projects.
- Ability to create QA test case templates, checklists, and standard work items in Jira/ALM for recurring testing activities.
- Participate in daily project stand-up meetings and provide updates on:
- Testing progress
- Work blockers/stoppers
- Defects
- Jira status updates
- Comply with data privacy and data security requirements during testing processes.
