This is an exciting prospect to join the Digital & Technology Human Capital Management team, supporting global initiatives focused on HR transformation, employee experience, payroll operations, and data-driven insights.

As a Senior D&T; Analyst , you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday Payroll and related HR technology solutions. You will serve as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, Technology, and external vendors, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient payroll processes for a global workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday North America Payroll, HR systems, integrations, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities Workday Payroll Configuration & Support

- Configure, maintain, and support Workday North America Payroll solutions
- Troubleshoot payroll-related issues involving:

- Payroll configurations

- Calculated fields

- EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)

- Payroll integrations

- Business processes
- Ensure system stability, performance, and sustainability

HR Systems & Process Consulting

- Act as a functional and technical consultant for HR systems, data, and payroll processes
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable system solutions
- Evaluate process impacts on technology and data architecture
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to define:

- Configuration requirements

- Reporting needs

- Integration requirements

- Process enhancements
- Deliver actionable recommendations aligned with business goals

Payroll Operations & Vendor Management

- Collaborate with third-party payroll vendors to support end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure alignment between internal payroll operations and external payroll providers
- Support payroll compliance, accuracy,



and operational timelines

Project Delivery & Implementation

- Support and deliver global HR technology initiatives through:

- Discovery

- Planning

- Configuration

- Testing

- Deployment

- Stabilization
- Manage multiple projects and enhancements simultaneously

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Create and execute test strategies, test scripts, and validation scenarios
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Ensure quality and accuracy of system enhancements and implementations

Documentation & Change Management

- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Communicate system changes and process updates to business users
- Support user training, adoption, and knowledge transfer activities

Continuous Improvement

- Stay current on Workday releases, payroll trends, and HR technology innovations
- Recommend improvements to payroll systems, business processes, and user experiences
