Job Summary: The Staff Accountant GL will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Support internal and external audits.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
