Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 1–2 years of experience to support a customer's website maintenance, enhancements, SEO-related requirements, and HubSpot integration.

The candidate will be responsible for handling regular website updates, implementing new features, improving website performance, supporting SEO initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration between the website and HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress development, website troubleshooting, basic SEO practices, and third-party integrations, along with good communication skills to understand and address ongoing customer requirements.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and website maintenance.
- Good knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and page builders.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with PHP and WordPress theme or plugin customization is preferred.
- Experience with website forms, third-party integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot forms,



tracking codes, and CRM integrations is preferred.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ongoing website updates and customer requests independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating WordPress with HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with HubSpot marketing tools, landing pages, and lead capture processes.
- Experience with SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with website backup, security, caching, and performance optimization plugins.
- Experience working with international customers or in a client-support environment.

Key Expectations

- Ensure the customer's website remains updated, functional, and optimized.
- Deliver website changes and enhancements within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and reliable website-to-HubSpot integrations.
- Support ongoing SEO improvements and technical website optimization.
- Proactively identify and resolve website issues.
- Communicate effectively with the customer and internal team.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
