Open Position: WMS Implementation Executive

Locations:

- Navi Mumbai
- Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients and the software implementation team for successful WMS (Warehouse Management System) deployment.
- Execute WMS implementation activities at the client site.
- Perform master data entry, transaction data uploads, and system configuration support.
- Reconcile inventory and transaction entries between physical records and software data.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure smooth migration into the WMS application.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and report issues to the software team.




- Provide end-user training and operational support during the implementation phase.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to resolve client queries.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of implementation tasks.
- Generate reports and maintain implementation documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).
- 1-5 years of experience in WMS, ERP implementation, inventory management, or data management.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and data reconciliation activities.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at client locations.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or Supply Chain Software.
- Knowledge of inventory transactions, stock audits, and warehouse processes.
- Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts will be an added advantage.
