Position: Wellness Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring wellness activities and programs for residents. The role involves ensuring residents receive appropriate wellness support, maintaining regular communication with residents and their families, and coordinating with nursing, physiotherapy, dietary, and other care teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily wellness activities for residents.
- Plan and organize suitable recreational, social, fitness, and engagement activities.
- Monitor residents' participation and overall wellness needs.
- Coordinate with nursing, physiotherapy, dietary, and other departments to support resident care.
- Maintain proper records of wellness activities, participation, and resident feedback.
- Communicate regularly with residents and their families regarding wellness activities and concerns.
- Identify residents who may require additional engagement, emotional support, or recreational activities and coordinate appropriate assistance.
- Assist in organizing special events, celebrations,



and group activities.
- Ensure wellness activities are conducted safely and appropriately according to residents' needs and abilities.
- Collect feedback from residents and families and report concerns to the management.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive setting for all residents.
- Perform any other wellness-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any relevant field; experience in senior care, healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or activity coordination will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach toward senior citizens.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good organizational and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to conduct and manage group activities.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Employment Details Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday The employee is expected to follow all company rules, regulations, policies, attendance requirements, and qualified standards of BELVAA Senior Care.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
