Work Location: Punjab (factory / fabrication facility)

MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd., headquartered at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, is hiring experienced Welders for its fabrication facility in Punjab.

We are looking for skilled welders who can handle both precision thin-sheet welding and heavy fabrication work.

Welding Processes

- Laser Welding Machine
- MIG Welding
- TIG Welding
- Arc (SMAW) Welding

Key Responsibilities

- Weld thin sheet metal (0.4 mm, 0.5 mm and similar thicknesses) without burn-through or distortion
- Carry out heavy fabrication welding for cranes, gears, gearboxes, SPM (special purpose) machines and structural assemblies
- Set up and operate laser welding machines; select correct parameters for material and thickness
- Read and follow fabrication drawings, weld symbols and job cards
- Fit up, tack and weld components as per dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect welds for quality and carry out grinding, finishing and rework where needed
- Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and safe




- Follow all safety rules and use PPE at all times

Requirements

- 4–5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing unit
- Hands-on experience with Laser, MIG, TIG and Arc welding
- Proven experience welding thin sheets (0.4–0.5 mm)
- Experience in heavy fabrication – cranes, gears, SPM machines or similar
- Ability to read engineering / fabrication drawings
- ITI (Welder / Fitter) preferred
- Must be willing to work at our Punjab facility
