Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer with 34 years of experience in website development, preferably within the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce solutions, along with strong technical skills in front-end development, website optimisation, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimise websites, with a focus on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Work on website themes, customisation, and app integrations to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth website operations.
- Implement website performance optimisation techniques to improve loading speed and overall functionality.
- Apply basic SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine performance.
- Manage multiple website updates, enhancement requests, and ongoing development tasks independently.




- Collaborate with internal teams to support business requirements and improve the online shopping experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 34 years of relevant experience in website/web development.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of e-commerce themes, plugins, apps, and integrations.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of website performance optimisation, responsive design, and basic SEO.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in D2C, fashion, retail, or e-commerce businesses.
- Exposure to customising e-commerce storefronts and improving website conversion and user experience.
