Homero is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Operations Manager who has independently managed complete warehouse operations, including inventory, goods movement, order processing and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Oversee order processing to ensure accurate packing and timely shipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Organize storage locations for efficient handling and easy stock identification.
- Manage returns, damaged goods and inventory reconciliation.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for smooth dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and daily operational reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience independently managing a warehouse and its team.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and order fulfilment.
- Ability to handle high order volumes and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Excel and inventory or warehouse management software.
- Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an e-commerce warehouse is preferred.
