About the Company

Go Sportz / VPadel is a sports and lifestyle brand specializing in Padel, Pickleball, sports equipment, and sports infrastructure. We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movement, and dispatch activities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock tracking.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and update inventory registers or software regularly.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of sports equipment and other materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts, and operations teams for stock requirements and dispatches.
- Prepare delivery challans, stock reports, goods receipt records, and dispatch documentation.
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged goods, missing items, or discrepancies to management.




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of storage space.
- Supervise warehouse helpers and loading/unloading activities, wherever applicable.
- Ensure company assets and inventory are handled responsibly and securely.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of stock management, inward/outward registers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Positive organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch timelines.
- Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable for stock accuracy.
- Experience handling sports equipment, retail products, or e-commerce inventory will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
- Candidates comfortable with physical stock verification, goods handling, and warehouse coordination.
