Job Summary

LRL Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and disciplined Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the complete warehouse operations, ensuring efficient goods movement, proper storage, accurate inventory handling, timely packing and dispatch, and effective team supervision.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to establish systematic warehouse processes while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise inward and outward goods movement and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure systematic stacking, storage, labelling, and identification of products.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with inventory, quality, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, monitor productivity, and maintain discipline.
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched within the required timelines.
- Minimise stock discrepancies, product damage, packing errors, and dispatch delays.
- Maintain warehouse records, stock reports, movement registers, and operational documentation.




- Implement standard operating procedures for material handling, storage, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper utilisation of warehouse space.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements in workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or operations is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant warehouse experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in automotive spare parts, motorcycle accessories, or distribution operations will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse teams and handle high-volume stock movement.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems, Excel, and warehouse documentation.
