I am currently working with TCS and seeking for an Service Technical Specialist / MF Tractors Case Support Advisor

-

- Hands-on experience in tractor, agricultural equipment, automotive, construction equipment, commercial vehicle or heavy-equipment service/product support.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and service diagnostics, preferably engines, transmissions, driveline, hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems or vehicle controls.
- Experience dealing with dealers, workshops, field-service teams, technicians or customers on technical issues.
- Ability to apply structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and evidence-based fault isolation.
- Comfort reading service manuals, technical bulletins,



wiring diagrams, parts information and diagnostic reports.
- Good case documentation, follow-up discipline and escalation judgement.
- Strong spoken and written English for dealer interaction and case notes.

Experience Range : 2 to 10 years Location - TCS Pune Maan, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Maan, Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057 (SP1)
