JOB LOCATION & SALARY

1: Graduate/UG with min 6 months Exp in Travel Process

2: Candidate Must Not Have Any Exams in the Next 4 Months

3: 24x7 Shifts

Roles and Responsibilities International Travel Back Office

- Handle international travel-related back-office operations, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, ticketing, cancellations,



and itinerary modifications.
- Process customer requests related to travel bookings, rescheduling, refunds, and reservation changes accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and internal teams to resolve booking discrepancies and travel-related issues.
- Verify passenger details, booking confirmations, travel documents, and payment information to ensure accuracy.
- Work with travel reservation systems, CRM tools, and GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate booking records, update customer information, and ensure timely processing of travel requests.
- Meet productivity, turnaround time (TAT), quality, and customer service standards while following company policies and travel industry guidelines.
