About the Role

We are looking for 10 visionary Vibe Coders who know how to blend raw engineering intuition with cutting-edge AI orchestration tools. If your primary power comes from steering AI coding interfaces like Claude Code and Codex CLI to build, ship, and scale applications at breakneck speeds, this role is designed for you.

You aren't just writing code line-by-line; you are architecting system prompts, managing AI agent workflows, and guiding advanced LLM engines to craft robust, production-grade applications across modern tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities

AI-First App Development: Leverage Claude Code and Codex CLI daily to design, rapid-prototype, and build end-to-end full-stack applications.

Full-Stack Execution: Guide AI tools to produce clean, maintainable code across frontend frameworks (ReactJS or Angular) and backend ecosystems (Java/Spring Boot or Python).

GenAI & AI/ML Integration: Implement Generative AI capabilities, integrate LLMs via APIs, and build intelligent features directly into core applications.

Prompt & Workflow Architecture: Structure clear, context-aware prompt workflows to automate feature creation, debugging, test generation, and code refactoring.

Quality & Performance: Audit, test, and polish AI-generated code to ensure high security,



strict adherence to architecture patterns, and maximum scalability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on Vibe Coding Experience: Demonstrated ability to build, iterate, and deploy real-world apps using CLI-first AI development tools like Claude Code and Codex CLI.

Frontend Mastery: 2+ years of hands-on experience building interactive web applications with ReactJS or Angular.

Backend Proficiency: Core engineering background in Java / J2EE / Spring Boot and/or Python.

AI/ML & GenAI Native: Practical experience building with LLMs, Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases, and contemporary machine learning workflows.

Technical Intuition: Strong code-review instincts to rapidly spot hallucinated logic, security risks, or inefficient patterns in AI-generated output.

Bonus Points

Experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Devstral.

Background in agentic framework orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).

Active open-source contributions or showcase side projects built exclusively through AI-assisted workflows.
