- Handle inbound calls, outbound calling, and telemarketing activities to generate leads for real estate sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO voice, telesales, or related fields (real estate industry preferred).
- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
