Process: US Healthcare RCM Accounts Receivable (AR)

ELITE RCM is looking for experienced professionals for the positions of Team Leader (TL) and Senior Team Leader (STL) with strong core knowledge of AR and proven expertise in US Healthcare RCM.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage AR teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Handle AR follow-ups, denial management, claim resolution, and insurance escalations.
- Monitor AR aging, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Identify root causes of denials and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and improve team productivity.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements




- Relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong understanding of AR follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
- Prior team-handling experience and leadership skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage targets, escalations, and team performance.
- Willingness to relocate to Dehradun is mandatory.
