Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Head with 15+ years of experience to lead service operations, improve customer satisfaction, enhance process efficiency, and drive overall service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end service operations and ensure quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage service teams and department heads.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.




- Handle escalations and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in the service industry, preferably in service operations or customer service leadership.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and service delivery functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in KPI management, escalation handling, and process optimization.
- Experience in financial services, business services, or compliance services is preferred.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
