Process Trainer (Sales Trainer - NHT/OJT)

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sales Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to train new hires and run on-the-job training for our sales teams. You will build sales capability, support the floor, control attrition and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) batches for sales processes
- Train agents on sales techniques, product knowledge and soft skills
- Provide floor support to trainees after they go live
- Manage throughput and handle NHT/OJT calculations
- Identify training needs (TNI) and plan sessions accordingly
- Analyse performance data and run improvement plans for bottom quartile agents




- Create PKT content and conduct assessments
- Control attrition through regular coaching and feedback
- Prepare training reports, MIS and presentations

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer
- Hands-on experience in NHT and OJT
- Robust knowledge of sales techniques and soft skills training
- Experience in floor support, performance analysis and attrition control
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Hands-on exposure to AI tools for projects and training
